• Belgium: 2-4 business days (free shipping for orders over €200,-)
• Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days (free shipping for orders over €250,-)
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days (free shipping for orders over €250,-)
• Morocco: 10–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

We hope you love your order. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@khairarchives.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
• Be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, including the security/safety tag, and in the original packaging.
  

Unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
